We believe that the biggest return on a Seller’s investment starts with a discussion about home staging. If your Realtor hasn’t mentioned it, all the more reason for us to talk!

The purpose of home staging is twofold:

  1. to maximize your home’s appeal to the broadest pool of buyers who are willing to pay top dollar, and

  2. to minimize your home’s perceived flaws.

Buyers today—more than in any other decade—want to be able to envision themselves in your home. Doing that successfully means highlighting the key attributes of the home, to all interested buyers.

We also focus on coming up with creative solutions to decluttering and space planning, for the home to have the best chance for success.  We zone in on those areas of the home that will make the most impact on the sales price and sales timeline.

These are the little things that a buyer might notice right off the bat, that could dissuade them from falling in love with your house. Or they can be the things that come back to haunt a Seller during Home Inspection Negotiations. We try to head off those concerns from the start. We provide contractor resources and oversight of services to make sure that everything gets handled on time and on budget.

What is deferred maintenance and what does that have to do with home staging?
